Recall Roundup
is a joint initiative developed to call attention to toxic imports
and defective products – in particular, hazardous children’s toys.
The United Steelworkers Union (USW) first initiated Get the Lead Out
in order to help people test for lead in children’s toys and products.
Attorneys, who are Raising the Bar on public image, joined with the
USW’s Women of Steel and the Children’s Environmental Health Initiative
to form a powerful alliance to get dangerous products off the market,
and more importantly, out of homes, offices and care facilities.
Recall
Roundup
is your opportunity to partner in a massive public service effort to
educate consumers about the many toxic products that lurk on retailer
shelves and are still in toy boxes and medicine cabinets everywhere.
By taking a public service approach, you receive the positive recognition
for the role you play in holding manufacturers accountable, which
improves the general public and jurors’ perception of plaintiff attorneys
and ultimately attracts higher quality cases to your firm.
