Richard Jenson is an accomplished researcher and trial consultant who has extensive experience in both jury research and juror selection. He also is a widely respected public opinion, media and public relations strategist. Jenson has been intricately involved in many landmark cases, including ongoing litigation concerning fuel-fed fires in Ford Crown Victoria police cruisers; the first case to be tried in the U.S. concerning defective Firestone tires; and a highly publicized Texas workplace safety lawsuit for which Jenson’s clients received ATLA’s 1999 Steven J.
